This needs lots of air and changes all the time. Undergrowth with a layer of cherries underneath. Malt and minerals and a smoky note. Sweet small fruit. Finely balanced whole of focused cherry and raspberry and energetic, fine ripe acidity and super-fine, long powdery tannins.
When to drink: 2005 to 2036
