Grape: Grechetto 100%
Pure Grechetto grapes, hand-harvested and directly crushed in a traditional manual press located in the vineyard.
The grapes ferment in a old wooden vat for two days without controlling the temperature.
This wine is aged in a old oak barrel and is decanted in January.
In Spring, it is bottled by hand without adding sulphites and without filtering.
Federico Tiberi do not use any chemicals either in the vineyard or in the winery.
