Grape Varieties: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon 
Natural fermentation with addition of selected natural yeasts in a controlled temperature around 27°C.
Maceration in steel tanks for 18-20 days.
The wine is ready after being aged for 48 months in oak barrels and refined for 6 months in bottle.
The Cabernet Sauvingnon Cortona is a well structured wine, drinkable from the first day but can be also aged in bottle, up to 5 years where can reach its perfect balance.
This garnet coloured wine with tipycal shades of Cabernet, at the nose is complex with scents of forest, Oriental spices and black wild berries.
This soft and silky red goes perfectly with game, cured meat, aged cheese and grilled meat.
