Grape: Nerello Mascalese
 
This is an energetic brut nature rosè wine from north-east side of Etna Volcano. Piripicchio is a result of prestigious project from three friends, all of them with a common passion, knowledge and talent, who were able to choose vineyards between 20-30 years old vines and create an ancestral wine with no-dosage added. 
Piripicchio is a crisp, bright and mineral wine, with notes of brioche, citrus, persimmon fruit and candid oranges.
